I am a professor of mathematics at the United States Naval Academy. This fall will start my 31st year here. I have good students with not enough time outside of class to do everything they are supposed to do. I need a way to make my homework problems more engaging. I already have a web page where I post homework, often making up my own problems. I learned about Geogebra in the spring of 2010 and used it in class this past academic year. I want my students to interact with their homework problems, not just work out solutions. I am hoping this workshop will help me accomplish that.

One of your colleagues, Vrej Zarikian, is a good friend of mine from grad school!
