I has been teaching calculus in private secondary schools for 37 years, the last 28 at Phillips Academy in Andover MA. I received my B.S. in math from St. Louis University in 1968 and my Ph.D. from Northwestern University in 1978. I discovered the joys of GeoGebra when I took a mini-course from Mike May at the Joint Meetings in 2009 and quickly became a fan. I also took this course two summers ago. I hope to improve my GGB skills and learn something about GeoGebra 4.0. I use GeoGebra extensively in my calculus and precalculus courses. I have some ggb files and applets posted at www.dougkuhlmann.webs.com. I have also lead week long GeoGebra courses for the last two summers at the Anja Greer Math, Science and Technology conference at our sister school to the north.
